1General Provisions

2Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register an account with 35xxx, you must:

• Each user may operate only one account registered in their own name.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

2.3 Account Responsibility

3Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawing funds from 35xxx. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

3.3 Transaction Fees

4Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. A specific wagering (rollover) requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. The welcome bonus is available to each member once only.

4.2 General Terms for Bonus Use

• Bonuses may only be used to play games on the 35xxx platform.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only available for withdrawal after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Using multiple bonuses simultaneously is not permitted unless explicitly allowed.

5Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Cancellation Policy

Confirmed bets are generally non-cancellable. However, if a game or bet is interrupted due to a technical error, 35xxx reserves the right to void the bet and refund the relevant amount.

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 35xxx platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Playing games using bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Attempting to access or hack another member's account.
• Exploiting bugs or system errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating an account under a false identity or concealing your identity.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other users.

7Account Suspension & Termination

35xxx may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• In cases of suspicious financial transactions.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

For permanent closures not involving a terms violation, any remaining balance will be refunded. For closures resulting from a terms violation, there is no obligation to return the balance.

8Privacy & Data Protection
